Chinchilla & Associates PC was founded by attorney Héctor J. Chinchilla. Mr. Chinchilla is a trial attorney with over 30 years of experience handling a wide range of civil and criminal matters with an emphasis on immigration, family law, real estate and trust matters.
Mr. Chinchilla has extensive trial and alternative dispute resolution experience. He practices in the California state courts, the federal district courts in California, and the 9th Circuit.
Mr. Chinchilla also routinely practices in various Immigration Courts throughout the country and handles matters before the Board of Immigration Appeals. Mr. Chinchilla received his law degree from UC Hastings College of The Law in San Francisco, California in 1986, where he was a Wiley Manuel Law Scholar (1985). He received his undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley.
